Mad Malts Brewery & Tap Room

Mad Malts Brewing is a craft brewery and taproom in Huntsville that has been making beer since 2012. Its team goes by the Mad Maltsters. The house lineup has included MM Dirty Blond, a slightly darker session-style blond ale with caramel and nutty notes, and MM Porter, a robust porter built with black and chocolate malts but designed to keep roasted bitterness in check, plus a vanilla version of that porter. The taproom has several distinct areas, including a beer garden, a stage, the Loft, the Zone and the Cave, and it hosts live music several nights a week. Mad Malts beer is distributed across North Alabama by Turner Beverage, and the brewery sells growlers to go, merchandise and 5.17-gallon kegs directly to customers.
