Seidr Brewing

Locally owned Seidr Brewing in Arab produces small-batch beer, mead, wine and specialty drinks in house. Norse mythology runs through the menu, and each drink comes with a short tale about its namesake. Beers have included Dagr’s Dawn, a crisp pilsner with a hint of lemongrass; Leif’s Lager; Tears of Freyja amber; Tyr’s Right Hand IPA with tropical fruit character; Mjölnir Wit with blood orange; Hati’s Moonless Stout; a German double chocolate cake porter with cocoa nibs and toasted coconut; and Loki’s Lichtenhainer, a tangy, smoky take on an ancient beer style. Honey meads such as Odin’s Vision round out the list, along with wine and tea menus. Flights of four let guests sample the range, and board and card games are kept at the bar. Food trucks visit for events, and the brewery runs a designated driver program.
