Common Bond Brewers

Common Bond Brewers is a production brewery and taproom in downtown Montgomery, founded by local residents Andrew McNally and Tim Doles. Its doors opened in April 2018, and it describes itself as the city’s only production brewery. The founders were inspired by the way friendships form over a few shared pints, and they set out to build a place that helps people connect with each other and with Montgomery. The brewery sits in the downtown business and entertainment district near several historic sites, and it aims to contribute to the city’s revitalization. It works with local farmers, suppliers and vendors, with the goal of giving the tri-county area a beer of its own. From the bar, guests can watch beer being made through windows into the production area. Flagships have included Ramber, a rye amber ale, Paddle Sesh session IPA, Crema Stout and Zelda Blonde.
